  7. PLOTTER is a "Shareware Program" and is provided at no charge to the user
  8. for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends or associates, but
  9. please do not give it away altered or as part of other software. The essence
  10. of "user-supported" software is to provide personal computer users with
  11. quality software at reasonable prices, and yet to provide incentive for pro-
  12. grammers to continue to develop new products. If you find the program useful,
  13. and find that you are continuing to use PLOTTER after a reasonable trial
  14. period, you must make a registration payment to the author. The registration
  15. fee will license ONE COPY for use on any ONE COMPUTER at any ONE TIME (see
  16. below for information about site licenses).

  20. Anyone distributing PLOTTER for any kind of remuneration must first contact
  21. Robert Lindsay Wells at the address above for authorization. This author-
  22. ization will be automatically granted to distributors recognized by the
  23. Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines
  24. for shareware distributors, and such distributors may begin offering PLOTTER
  25. immediately. However, Robert Lindsay Wells must be advised so that the
  26. distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of PLOTTER.

  49. When a new release of PLOTTER is issued, the files are archived for BBS and
  50. FTP distribution using the PKZIP format, and with archive filenames of the
  51. form PLOTR77.ZIP (where the 77 represents the current version of PLOTTER).
  52. The Compuserve filename is PLOTR.ZIP. The following files are included in
  53. each shareware release of the program:

  59.           PLOTTER.TXT   This ASCII file (describing registration).

  61.           README.EXE    A free ASCII text viewer that can be used to

  65. exchange (Keyword SOFTWARE, Search the Libraries for WELLS PLOTTER), and on
  66. Compuserve (GO CIS:PCFF and search for the File Name PLOTR.ZIP. To register
  67. on-line, GO SWREG and use ID #9183).

  70. garbo.uwasa.fi and SimTel mirrors), but the best place to find the _most_

  77. each user is expected to purchase it after a reasonable trial period. The

  113. Unlimited site licenses are available for PLOTTER. This means that you can
  114. distribute an UNLIMITED number of copies within your company or university
  115. for the single registration fee of $185. Naturally, when users leave your
  116. organization they should register individual copies of PLOTTER if they
  117. continue to use the program.

  122. expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of
  123. merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no

  126. product replacement or the refund of the registration fee.
